Basic rules

In the LV, you and every player wish to have an enjoyable time to communicate and learn. Please note the language and expressions you use when communicating with strangers.

Players should note the following in their communication:

  • be polite to other players; friendship begins with a simple but polite greeting
  • respect other’s culture, customs and religion
  • do not say or do things that are disturbing to others

The following are forbidden in LV:

  • Foul language is strictly forbidden because each player in the LV has the right to enjoy a civilized and happy discussion time. The Fairy God of the LV (game manager) will, periodically, inspect different areas and the system records. It will also collect reports from the players and find out those who have disobeyed the rules.
  • No personal attacks and curses are allowed.
  • Any remarks with discrimination on sex, race and age are prohibited.

Any players, found violating the above, and the violation is confirmed by the Fairy God (game manger), will be punished according to the severity of the offence – from receiving a written warning to permanent deletion of character.

This is not allowed.

Social Rules

When you become the Chieftain of the village, apart from getting a crown and the reputation, you have the following responsibilities:

  • To encourage discussions: You have to pay to build your village. If there is no one interested in your village, your payment is wasted. Therefore you have to use the village notice board and one or more houses to motivate discussions. If the response is good, you will be able to recover your payment and earn some extra ‘Donuts’.
  • To manage discussions: It is inevitable that there will be ‘irrigation’ and illegal construction of houses inside your village. As the Chieftain, you have to be accountable and may need to move or remove these extra houses. You will need to maintain a high discussion standard and provide the best environment to attract visitors to build houses in your village
  • To upgrade the village: You and the villagers (home owners) are the nuclei for the development of the village, so when the village has developed to a certain stage, it will be upgraded from Level 1 to Level 2. At Level 2, the Chieftain and the villagers will receive rewards.
  • To confer honour to the Warrior: if you wish to lessen your responsibility, you can invite knowledgeable and wall-mannered villagers to be the Warriors. They can help to improve the order by moving houses and putting bans on those villagers who do not obey the rules. Please note that the Warriors do not have the power to delete other houses. This is the responsibility of the chieftain.
  • To exercise caution on banning: Villages who do not observe the rules will be demoted and put under ‘ban’. The Chieftain and Warriors should not use this authority lightly. They should use it as the last resort because it will deprive others the chance to participate in the discussions freely. If you find someone who is not observing the rule, the best way is to advise and warn him/her first.
